I'm a Software engineer based in Atlanta who enjoys building and styling dynamic web applications. I'm on a journey to expand the horizon of my technological aptitude by constantly learning about and applying the latest web development technologies and frameworks.
SpaceRacer is a space themed game inspired by "Protect Your Car". It is built entirely with pure JS and HTML and styled with CSS. The goal is to survive the flight from the Sun to Pluto without crashing into an asteroid as the levels become increasingly difficult.
SoundWave is a music streaming website inspired by SoundCloud. It shares a lot of the same functionality and is similar in style to SoundCloud but has it's own blue theme to it. This was my first independent full stack project and was designed and built within a 3 week timespan, however I plan on continuing to add more functionality as well as tweaking some of the styling moving forward.
MeTube is a Youtube clone and video database used for searching for, watching, saving, and uploading videos. MeTube allows for user authentication and login, and interaction with other users through likes and comments.
Amazon themed music store where customers can purchase music equipment. For this project we wanted to create something that would showcase the relational data mapping that graphql offers.
FanQuack is a social sports media website dedicated to connecting users and encouraging dialogue regarding sports. Users are able to view team specific news as well as league wide news, and are able to engage in a variety of actions that allow the user to express themselves. My role in the creation of FanQuack was not that of a developer, instead, I took on the role of the Project Manager and guided the project from our client's ideas on paper to a complete and robust market ready website.
Peachtree chats is a chat application built with React.js, Node.js, and Socket.io. It is a progressive web application optimized for both mobile and desktop that allows users to enter a username, join any room that they'd like, and chat with others in that same room. I Chose the name "Peachtree Chats" because nearly everything in Atlanta is named Peachtree from streets to the Governor's daughter (Not really, it wouldn't be too much of a surprise though). The color scheme used is based off of the Falcons team colors and hopefully will channel some extra good luck for the upcoming season.
As the saying goes for every person who has ever been involved in a startup, "I wear many hats". My main responsibilities include projecting revenues and expenses with varying time horizons, budgeting, and helping to determine the price of our offerings based on industry and competition. I am also currently using React Native to build out the front end of an application that will be placed on the App Store and Google Play Store
Used advanced Excel functions to build predictive models for Cashflow and COGS forecasting based on raw data from loan and origination performance. In addition to this I Assisted in determining and modeling KPI’s for various departments
As a member of CMA's financial research analyst internship program, I was able to add to and improve upon my existing finance knowledge base. While at CMA, I conducted a significant amount of financial research and took part in educational projects that introduced new concepts while allowing me to practice methods for growing wealth.

Aside from software engineering I have many other hobbies that keep my mind stimulated and promote my creativity. I have a driving passion for creating music, spending most of my free time playing jazz/blues guitar and creating melodies to loop and jam over.
In addition to music, I value outdoor activities very highly. I'm always up for a pickup game no matter the sport, and if anyone's up for a snowboard trip, Let me know.
